Natrent's Faulty units and Deposit SCAM

The Natrent employees are in cohesion to scam you out of your deposit so they can use that money to upgrade their properties.
We rented unit 5888 windmill estate for 6 months which was a faulty unit. We only gave one month's notice because we encountered numerous of maintenance issues which we reported everytime. We moved in two weeks before the end of March 2019 which we paid in advance.
Firstly the unit was dirty and supposed to be painted which did not happen.
Broken washing line which we could not use. The following issues were reported to Natrent (Belinda) over the six months.
The geyser was replaced but tripped electricity and thereafter also started to leak which made a huge water mark on the inside of the bedroom wall. The leak was fix and painted only where the water mark was not the entire unit. The toilet flusher had a problem.
Our electricity was off now and then even for more than 2 days in this one week. To the point where we had to throw some of our food and meat away. First it was a cable fault and before we moved out it was the faulty meter box which we were told by natrent to sort out ourselves.
Kitchen and bathroom sink leaked underneath which caused damage.
With all this issues we even asked Meta to move us to another unit as this unit was faulty from the beginning but we were ignored. After we move out we encountered more issues with Natrent.
We were liable for the following month's rent and all of a sudden Natrent had an issue with the debit but the money was available. They sent us a demand letter for it which they charged us R333 even when we paid the rent and the unit was empty. Godfrey did the inspection with me and was happy with the condition of the unit and that it was cleaned.
We received our deposit refund breakdown from Devesh where we owed Natrent R590 and no deposit will be received. The following was deducted from our deposit. Paint and cleaning for the unit, new door, new bathroom tap, polish for an old stove, broken washing which we reported. This all worked out to R5990. We reported some of the items on natrents inspection sheet which I did the inspection on my own when we moved in but now we are also responsible for that. According to LAW, the landlord/agent is supposed to do a a pre-inspection with the tenant before they occupy the unit but I guess this is how they trick you.
I spoke to Pierre to resolve my issue but all he did was to have Devesh reverse some of the small amounts thinking that it would solve my problem and keep me quiet. My problem is still not resolved as I have not received my deposit back. I require my full deposit back from Natrent as they gave us a faulty, dirty unit.
