I'm a tenat at Birchfields and have been requesting for assistance with my electricty for the past 5 days without any luck. I have a two months old baby, i through out all the food and spend money buying food daily due to their incompetency. imagine in this wet cold weather without electricity with a baby. These people do'nt have a heart!
