After being a loyal tennant, always paying before the payment due date and doing as requested we have gotten a kick under our backsides!!! After years of renting, we decided to buy our own place and even moved our stuff out early for the new tennants to move in a day earlier than they were even suppose to! Now after phoning every week and sending numerous emails that never get answered, I have been told that everything on the property must first get sorted out before I can get my deposit back even though our lease said the deposit will be refunded after 30 days. The attitude of the employees is disgusting and they actually don't give a about anything you say. Seems like we will be charged for the entire unit to be redone even though nothing was ever done to it before we moved in!!! DON'T rent from Natrent!!! Its sad how they are quick to take your money but have a problem refunding it
