I recently moved in to windmill park estate in boksburg under natrent, my first initial payments were all paid, the first statement after the month I had moved in came back, and had incorrect billing on it, I tried to enquire from Natrent but none of the parties responsible bothered to respond to my emails nor phone calls, a few weeks later in the month one of the agents called to say I owed half my rent, I then asked how come since I paid what was billed, no one bothered to assist and I since sent countless emails and phone calls awaiting clarity on the matter, today I got their letter of demand stating that I must pay the amount owing, or else move out. if Natrent were serious about customer service they would at least respond to my emails or phone calls and give me clarity of the matter, or rather improve their customer service as well as their accounts department.
