Vague and unprofessional service

I rented a property from just letting last year May 2013. I cancelled the lease in December as I purchased my own property. I was asked to pay a penalty fee of almost R7000. January came and they never placed a new tenant so i had to pay rent secure. Now i was informed that they have signed a new tenant but today 05/02/2014 i received an email and sms stating i need to pay R4037. I asked the branch manager what this is for and she said"the lease was terminated and the rent was not raised for feb 14. the amount is in respect of the cancellation fees and adjustment that have been raised and the credits will be passed when they have reconciled your account. we are processing your deposit refunds and this should be paid by friday 7th"

Now this for me is a complete blank. I am upset that since the day i had to deal with these people they have been vague. Electrical bills were never sent in time. I have had nothing but bad experiences with just letting and i strongly advise anyone looking to rent or looking for a company to do the rental of their property to look elsewhere.
