CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am an unhappy client who has requested for Body Corporate Finacial statements for Fleurhof Hills on the 29 Jan 13 up to today I have not received any feedback. I spoke to Daniel he promised that he will send the information to me i am still waiting no correspondence from him or anyone else from there. I call them everyday leave messages but still I am not getting any joy. I pay my levy every month I dont owe anything but the service they offer is rediculous. This is the second time now I also requested for my surname to be correctly spelt the person who replied (Charlene) said she cannot change what is on her system for the past year its still incorrect. I am sick and tired of the bad service Im receiving from NATIONAL LETTING its so unprofessional and BAD SERVICE!!
