My Geyser stopped working in late December 2013 and i reported the mater to the relevant parties and have been in contact with Helena.2 trips to my house to get a serial number after which there is no resolution no follow up - NOTHING!!! I am tired of calling Helena, Leaving messages for her which she doesnt respond to and when i do get hold of her she doesnt know what to say to me, always giving me stories, the last I checked she hadnt even put a claim for this geyser. I am not sure who is responsible here - national letting or Dynamic group but Helena's number is what i got from National letting. I pay my levies-I dont see why i am not getting the service that I pay for. Will my geyser be fixed anytime soon or am I supposed to continue boiling water like i live in a squatter camp.whomever is responsible, sort this out - YOU ARE NOT DOING ME A FAVOUR, ITS YOUR JOB SORT IT OUT!!! Ive run out of patience and if i have to call THIS NUMBER AGAIN 0111 679 2370 without a satisfactory response-i will seek legal services. If you were not goin to fix it you should have told me to do it myself!!! dont call me to apologise-sort out the mess.
