Seeff Properties I had a mandate with chas ruimsig and i sold my house thru seef (Antoinette - Pinehaven). Both agents agreed to spit commission else i would have cancel the deal, I have emails from their lawyers confirming they would split commision. Now the sale is thru and Seef refuse to pay the commission over to chas because she said she did not aggree to this and signed nothing. Chas is now suing me for this money because of the mandate. Seef blatantly mislead and to me just to get this contract.
