This is terrible from just letting, it's been over 9 months and they have still not done anything to help me as their client. the water damage in the unit is still growing and no one cares. empty promises, "we will call you back" sies, this is unacceptable and i actually cannot wait till my contract is over so i can leave that place and never have to deal with them again. i really hate just letting, they have made it hard for my daughter to even live with me and unfortunately i do not have the money to pay the penalties should i want to leave the contract. their best response to me has always been "the body corporate handles the building" seriously, come on Just letting, i signed a contract with you and expect you to run around for me.
