All went well until we want to move into your new home, after we signed the contract it was send to the seller for her signing, the seller then changed the occupation date from date of register to a month after date of register, we where never informed about the changes and nor did we see and signed the revised contract. Everything was kept quite until we want to move in. I then requested the contract which was according to us date of registration only to find that it was changed. That was not the only fault we have in countered on the contract " there was also a whole part of the contract not even completed correctly.
The house are now registered for over two weeks and we can still not move in. Already paying insurance on the property. That's not all guys, the electrical certificate are conveniently also done by her husband and I have no idea how it pass because we still had loose open wires on a grass roof. " Unbelievable and got the pictures to proof " We had the run around with these agents like crazy. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!!
