Poor Service from Property Agent

It can be frustrating when you buy an property from an agent who is never willing to help. I bought a property through Midway Homes in October last and finance was approved and transfer process kicked off. It started with the bond updates wherein Midway Homes would give me a different feedback from what attorneys and attorney's feedback always seemed true. Prior registration of the property, I made it clear that I will give the seller 3 days to vacate the property as I need to put it in use immediately. On registration of property, their agent then stopped brokering the service between me as buyer and the seller resulting to insult by the seller who accused me of being selfish and unreasonable. Saying I should be considerate that their new house has no power and they have not found the truck, and forcing me to buy their aircon and Midway Homes was nowhere to be found. The agent further forced R5810 (instead of R8300 which is 1% norm as property purchase price was R830 000) occupational rent down my throat and I wanted clarity and agent was nowhere The agent further referred me to seller to get the keys on demand handover.
