Never in my life did I see such bad service. We came back from our three week holiday and found out all our food and meat in the fridge rotted. We lost about R2000's value of goods. The security switched on the power. Three days later we came home from work to found our power is switched off again. The agent (Elias) said that it is Protea Metering's fault. Protea Metering said it's the agents fault. Elias cant give me his managers contact details. Our rent is paid up to date so what is the problem? This is VERY unprofessional. We will never again rent from you. Thank you, Rental Pros, for all our damage
