We as new tentants are renting a place from M.C de Kock real estate. Since day 1 we had endless problems with the agent regarding the property. We had to made a list of all the issues and fault on the property when we moved in but nothing where done to correct the problems.we had to stay without a door that had no window in for almost 2 months. Now they switched off our electricity due to no payment from them on the rates and taxes. I am trying to move from the property but the agent don't want to pay back my deposito and she already took the new months rent. She where full of stories from day 1 when we are trying to speak to her regarding all the issues. We are without power for the last 6 days, so we need to get help from friends and family.
