We made an appointment on Friday, 03 Jan 2014 to view and apartment at 15:30 on Monday, 06 Jan 2014. I know people mess agents around don't turn up so I reconfirmed this morning that we were still on for 15:30 today and was told quite confidently by Madeleine that we were. We arrive 10 minutes before and go wait where we were told to meet. At 15:30 no agent, so we call the mobile number and it goes straight to voicemail eventually after 20 minutes we get through and she says the apartments just been let and she's not there in more. If it had just been let surely she could have she come down and told us? Does DURR ESTATES train their agents to specifically have NO MANNERS??? I'm completely disgusted with the way this company treats clients. You do not deserve to be in the service industry.
