I have been renting from Impact Estates for almost one year now. On 23/08/2013 I received a call from Impact, asking if I was going to move out or extend the lease for another year. I very politely asked if I could speak to my husband about this matter. On 26/08/2013 (Monday) I phoned back to tell Impact Estates that we would like to extend the lease. When I enquired about the amount the rent would increase, I was shouted at, sworn at, said to f*&;^%off, my attitude was not appreciated and was told that I could vacate the premises at the end of the month, before the phone was put down. On 03/09/2013, I received a eviction letter because I was "in bridge of contract". These people have no manners, treat their clients (who pays their salaries) appalling, and have the worst client service I have ever seen. They even tell about all the mistakes the agents are making. According to Impact, I should have done a inspection of the property when I just moved in. According to my knowledge, it is the responsibility of the agent to do the inspection?!
