Poor service!

I called your office on Friday and spoke to Wendy regarding a property to rent. She said that she is busy with paper work as they were closed for the holidays. She said she'd contact me on Monday. So i waited... Monday morning i called the office again and asked to speak to Wendy. I told her that i have viewed the property as i lived there with a friend before and would like to take the place. She said she'll call me back as she is busy with bank statements. I then called again to see if someone else could assist me, a kind lady Mandy put me through to Luvanda and told her i could pay deposit and rent immediately. She said she'll call me back in 5 min directly on my cellphone. Its been 50 minutes! i then saw that another agency advertised the property and called them immediately only to find out that the property is no longer available as someone else paid it this morning. If Wendy could have assisted me on Friday this could have been avoided. I work retail hours and do not have lots of spare time to go house hunting. I am sad to say that i have not received any good customer service at all and would not be referring any of my colleagues and friends any time soon.
