These letting agents approached me after I left SA and I was very happy to trust them with letting my property for me, as at that time I could not find any letting agents in the area that were willing to let a small property. They held keys for me for about ten years and I fully trusted them, until quite by accident I came to find out that my last tenant had not been paying ANY rent for about a year. An 8 month egg dance followed of sheer incompetence/unwillingness to comply as I battled from the UK to get them to do ANYTHING about the situation so that it became apparent they acted very biased, openly batting away any move toward eviction this tenant, whilst assuring me the tenants were decent people who were just suffering unfortunate circumstances, but they were taking very good care of my property. However evidently callously me blind. Eventually I had to leave my job and life in England after 12 yrs to return to find my house virtually derelict. They have been refusing 'till now to provide any paperwork to aid investigating what actually took place, and I have no inventory, rent agreement, proof of rent payments or even how much tenants possibly really paid.
