Hi we booked our December Holiday at Palm Lakes Family Estate near Balito. It is now day two we dont have any water at the Estate. There is not a person that has come to us to explain the problem or anything. Only news I have had is at the security gate saying they are working on the problem. This morning a local on the estate told me there is a problem with the main water supply.
This is really inconvinient as we are 6 people staying in a house with no running water.
Not impressed with the service from anyone at the estate.
