I am appalled by the service and unprofessionalism of Notel International. I had clients supposedly checking in to one of their apartments during this festive season, only to find out that it had been double booked. I now hear that another client of theirs had the same problem during the festive season and died from a heart attack due to the stress of the whole ordeal. I have now been trying to get my clients money out of them since the 29 December and it seems that this may not happen. Nobody answers their phones and if I do eventually get hold of these people, they all pass the blame to someone else. Just like John Venter has done in the News24 interview. I just hope some justice come of this and John Venter and his company are never to be seen in the holiday letting business again.
