My Family and I checked in at the Resort over a long weekend In June. We were required to fill all the guests details and I was required to sign that off has confirmation of the Number. There were 11 of us with 2 Kids. During that week there was a water problem in the area. The resort was already expierencing a water shortage and claim that there did not have a water shortage. There was no estate manager on site. I was not made aware of the Problem on the Day i checked in and was allowed to go to my unit although there was no water. Numerous calls were made to get assistance. It never came that night. Early morning water had to be bought for the Baby's milk and for consumption. The estate Manager Brian Sterley indicated that a gave me me a note of the water problem. Where is confirmation that I signed that i received a note. The manager has no witnesses, yet we have 11. He could not provide a proper response and only advised that if I was not happy I should not have taken up the the accommodation that Sunday. So how can I tell my family to drive Home to Sasolburg. Its not around the corner. The resort or the manager is accountable. I have been to and basically robbed.
