We are staying for almost 4 ayears in one of the sets of flats in thornbrook golf estate and we continuously have problems with either electricity or water. For the past 4 days we dont even have enough water presure or water tofill the geiser so that we can just have a bath an we have 2 children one is almost 3 and other one is a month old so how must we bath. And then if you phone voltano they either dont answer your call and if they answer they tell you "we will look into the problem" and you dont even get feedback or a SORRY. Another thing is all ozf this is municipal ground but now voltano wants to take our money for water by putting in water meters. WHY DO WE HAAVE TO STRUGLE LIKE THIS???
