They increses a bill afte

We close the flat on de 31/08/2012 (12 mofin court, 138 troy street, sunnyside) we terminate the contact and they charge us nd we were busy paying the chargies nd dey increse a bill by 16000, then the ballance is 20280, we went to them nd they sad is for electricity, but they ca'nt prove it to us, wen we want to see a manager they refuse and now dey take us to credict baure... i have tryed so many time to solve this but nothing they are doing about it
