I rented a property in Mooirivier way, Gallo Manor after being promised the faults will be rectified bfore we move in. It wasnt and after a lengthy list, still nothing! A few cheap faults after we paid rent every month maybe. Then the entire family got sick for over 4 months and the strongest antibiotics were not getting helping. Doc said clean the carpets (one of the faults we already listed) and we mirculously got better. We finally found another place and moved out only to have our deposit held back. Reason-place was in bad nick. The pool which was a swamp after reporting the pump broke down in MAY and end if August when we left became our responsibility. The garden which was a mess when we moved in never recovered after THEY got a company to clean the garden and pool once a week. We paid half and this company also reported the faults to them and NOTHING was done. These people are real dodgy. They also own One Pet Group and checked on and they have so much more complaints, I cannot understand how they can operate. Google is also great, they start a business, claim bankrupcy and open another. So this is a warning for the moms and dads with babies like us!
