Moved into Baldersani 3 years ago.
-Asked for additional parking bay- received permission from Landlord & followed procedure. Took 2 months as noone responded to emails.
-Had a problem with the electricity board. Landlord was overseas and asked us to handle the situation. Spoke to Kogi who was extrememly rude & told us she will not deal with us as we were not owners. No electricity for 2 days. Paid for electrician out of our own pocket.
-Leaks in the roof-reported as it happened. No response. Heavy rainfall- Carpets &cupboard destroyed, water seeped into tiles, wall completely detroyed. Reported beginning April. Roof repairs done mid May. Damage never fixed. Even repair man said Lumic are slow to deal with problems.
Moved out on Sat 01 June.
-Moving truck delayed at the gate. Louis the Estate Manager, had not supplied the guards with moving form.
-Contacted by the guards as the form for the person moving in, was also not given to the guards.
If complaint reaches Michelle it is dealt with well immedietly & efficiently but Lumic need to put efficient people in place to manage the complex. Loved Baldersani but lack of management there is unbearable and not worth the money spent.
