A few year back I took occupancy in a unit which was being rented out by Constantia Property Rentals. I paid rent and electricity timously each month. The place was filthy when I moved in and took me a week to basically move in as there was so much cleaning to do, it was a mess. Upon expiry of my lease agreement I cleaned the place speak and span ready for the next person to move in.
I then requested my deposit back and was told to speak to Chris and Annemarie etc. I have left numerous messages over the years and no response came from them. I PLEASE WANT WHAT IS RIGHTFULLY MINE R3500
It cost money to survive and for rental agents to continue from society over and above their ridiculous charges, its just not fair. Please return my money
