Mel Isaacs who is the Principal of the Real Estate Agency, was the person that brokered the deal for the purchase of our new house in Northcliff. At the beginning he was friendly and made a good impression. Little did I know that he and the owner of the property was hiding almost R300 000.00 worth of things that was wrong with the property. He kept telling every time he was contacted and was Unethical in everything that he did. He kept on promising that the owner was such an upstanding person and that we had nothing to worry about and all items that was wrong with the property will be fixed. He just turned his back and ran because he has no backbone and did not deliver on one promise that he made. Till today there is a broken window that he promised to fix out of his own pocked.
People, please do not trust your property transactions with estate agents like this, he is dishonest about everything. I'm in the process of reporting him to the estates agents board as well.
