I have rented a room for my sister in one of Roelof's flats in Auckland Park. We discussed and agreed on a rental payment of R2800 per month, and I paid a deposit of R7000 on the 26th Jan 2013. The agreement was from Feb -Dec 2013. I signed a contract assuming that the content of the contract was what we discussed. To my suprise, he sent me an account with inflated rental of R3800 for a period of 5 months. this was not what we agreed upon with this gentleman. He owes me an amount of R4500 but according to the account he has sent, i owe him an amount of a R1000.
