I had a rental agreement with V.I.P. Properties which ends the end of October 2013. during the rental period they took commission every month from the rental that that charged the lessors occupying my property but being the last month there was a problem with them paying me and then there was R1000.00 short on the
agreed amount. There reason for paying me the R1000.00 short was that it was a commission they are claiming after the rental period has expired. Nowhere in the agreement is anything stipulated that they are entitled to collect any extra fees over and above there monthly fee, and at no time was it mentioned to me when the agreement was signed that i would be liable for additional fees at the end of the leasing period.
I still would not have received anything (R2500.00 in stead of tR3500.00) if i had not threaten them with your web site. Can you PLEASE help me. Thank you, Kind Regards Mrs EM Nel
