I have not received back my security deposit for my lease at 4919A Brandy Bush Street, Thatchfield Glen, Centurion for period 1 June 2012 to 30 November 2012, I have paid a security deposit of R6500 and the rent in full for the mentioned period. According to the contract the amount due to me is R6300 (an admin fee of R200 was deducted)
I have phoned Marie Oosthuizen repeatedly and her response on every occasion was that she would pay back my deposit into my account immediately, obviously this never happened.
On the 11th of February 2013 I have send a final demand letter to Marie Oostuizen from MI-CASA Properties but still with no response from her.
Could you please help me in this regard.
