Poor Customer Service - Breach of Contract

I recently entered into a rental agreement with Prime Letting through their agent Mr. Jonathan Shaw. My experience thus far with Mr Jonathan Shaw, has been one of constant disappointment. Mr Shaw is definitely not reliable or professional and does not have a clue about customer service, a core motivation as per the Prime Letting Website. I signed the lease agreement affective 1st November 2013 on 30th October 2013 and met with Jonathan Shaw on 1st November at the premises for handover of the keys. A list of urgent issues were discussed and agreed with Mr Shaw. Despite numerous calls and mails advising Mr Shaw that Prime Letting is in breach of Clause 10.5 of the Lease agreement, certain of the issues agreed to on 1st November, more than a month ago, still remains unresolved.
I have now concluded that further contact with Mr Shaw as the Portfolio Manager is fruitless and will now lay a complaint with the Housing Rental Tribunal of Johannesburg to see if the will be able to assist me in resolving this matter.
