LYNN MARON is an UNETHICAL ESTATE AGENT

While trying to purchase a house, Lynn Maron assured us that our cash offer was better than the prior offers and would GUARANTEE the deal.

It was not accepted. We then found that she had GONE BACK to previous purchasers and our offer was used as a NEGOTIATION TOOL to drive the price up.

Turns out, the owner was NOT INFORMED that ours was a cash deal and now has to move out by January - WITH NO WHERE TO GO - all in the name of COMMISSION.

This type of unethical behaviour is NOT ACCEPTABLE and should not be condoned by the Estate Agent's Board.
