Acted in such bad faith, sollicit further offers!!

I submitted an Offer on the MyRoof website for a property.

The offer was accepted by the bank.

The estate agent then solicited another 4 OTPs from other purchasers on the same property after my offer was accepted by the bank.

Given higher offers the seller did not accept my offer anymore.

I feel the estate agent acted in such poor faith to solicit further offers when he had one from me that was verbally accepted by the seller.

Neither MyRoof nor ABSA nor Rawson followed the offer I made (that was accepted) on the MyRoof website. The whole bidding for offers is a sham.
