SALES SALES SALES - That's all I'm interested in

2 prepaid meters were purchased in Oct '13 and Onke did not even explain proper that the municipality meter would not be taken out and that we would still be billed by the municipality for electricity which means .. I'm paying double every single month for electricity - purchasing units for the box that won't work if there are no units loads as well as paying the freeking municipality for electricity that I'm not even using!! I've referred so many people to this company and of course they are smiling all the way to the bank when all Onke had to do was take the time to explain the terms and conditions since I don't speak 'CONTRACT'. In all my years, before signing a contract, I've always been explained in lament terms what is in the contract - I am so irritated and will wait for the supervisor Juri to call me back. Not to mention that my card could only work at pick 'n pay and no-where else and I was told I would be contacted, which I wasn't and had to call in myself to find out if it was sorted. Now I hear there's money due to me... still waiting and I demand a copy of the flippen job card!!!
