Isn't it sad that as I write this, I know it is a waste of time. They just don't care. I buy electricity tokens for my inside meter, they are to supply the same amount for the municipal meter outside, but they just don't. I feel as if they are my money, but despite complaints to George Colby and Elaine Loyns every month, telephone calls, sms's, tears en desperation, they just don't care. They use Harcourts' name to conduct their business and make their name bad, but it seems to be ok. I just want the municipal meter every month to have enough units on to cover my inside meter. I have been without electricity four times now even whilst having units because they don't put on units. They don't pay the municipal bills according to the municipality and we then have our water cut and cannot put electricity on so sit without power for a weekend, but they don't care. I have even mailed their Head Offices GM with them just saying they are not responsible. I am so very very tired of this mind numbing and draining experience. Every month...
