Bad Attitude/lack of response/ no after service

The RAWSON agent was great up until the first Offer was signed. Then in our first meeting she showed signs of verbal intimidation and aggression. Once we started pushing back against her attitude she became a "victim" and asked us to stop showing aggression towards her. We got upset with them because the electrical compliance certificate they gave was in-accurate. She was so upset that we questioned this and got it rechecked yet when fault was found and noted no apology was given by her or the agency. Several other things were either not mentioned and or over looked. We could have nearly been on the street as we gave notice where we lived and she agreed verbally to a move yet last minute she said no it's not on. I requested a meeting to get these disagreements sorted out. I have Whatsapp confirming meetings not honoured by them. There is more to this incedent however bottom line it appears they lack client service and respect towards people who they make commission off. Till this day we still waiting for our so called welcome gift I was politely told by her if I want it I should fetch it myself as well as another month after requesting a meeting she said to call the office.
