I am writting this complain just immediatly after speaking to the person who is supposed to be taking care of my problems about the lease that I have signed with her. This Lady has done nothing but hurt into what I have looked forward to. She does not respect my wishes as a customer and she behaves like I owe her, First I have paid R16300.00 in advance to Realty1 in 2 weeks. I started by paying the deposit then the 2 month rest with the R1000 rent for admin which when I asked her what it was for she just said for admin but never said what admin. That was when all the joy vanished. Everything is just not going well and I write sms, Watzaap so that there can be records but she treats me like a mad case. I have stayed in the town house for a month with out any joy and even at the moment I am still not happy as she tells me that I must be patient. She is treating me like someone who have not paid rent. I feel I paid my money for pain as I am not getting any joy at the moment. There is a lady by the name of Madilane who tried to assist but she can only go this far as she does not know me but just working there. Letoya is rude, she undermines me, she treats me like am stupid, bad service.
