Not impressed

I am totally unimpressed with the bad attitude of Tamryn, the rental agent for Rawsons Muizenberg and then head office lack of interest in my complaint. I had a non to sparkling experience with Rawsons some years ago but thought perhaps it would have improved. Having the name Rawson spread around seems to give the impression that they do not have to bother with giving service. The only two people who were helpful where Derek and Matthew (I hope I have their names correct) who are sales not rental and they assisted more in an hour than Tamryn did in two months. Fortunately I found an agent who actually does her job in Lucille Walker of Coastal Property. It seems I am not alone in my disgust with the treatment received by this branch of Rawson and in particular the rental agent
