Agent heavy handed approach

I signed a mandate with Oreoprop... Arlene. She had my home on show once. I had put an offer in on a property subject to the sale of my home . unfortunately i couldnt secure a big enough bond and had to withdraw my offer, and so also the mandate. I couldnt sell my home and then not have anywhere to live. I have been receiving lawyers letters demanding that I pay her in excess of R5OOO for expenses incurred. Unbelievable. Be very aware of this unproffessional agent. She clearly has a history of heavy handed approaches and is not a woman of her word. Trust in your agent is of vital importance. You cannot trust her at all. Also do not sign ANYTHING!!! she gives you without careful consideration. I will be approaching an Attorney.
