I recently put my property on the market and after receiving several offers below the asking price and the agent not delivering service as said, I requested to cancel the mandate and not sell. The Remax office and Connie De Lange refused to cancel, threatened to sue. I believe I am within my rights to cancel if the agent does not co operate. Do not use these people they are devious!!
