I had signed a sole mandate with ERA Midrand (Kristal) on the 13th December 2012. After no contact from Kristal i had raised the below concerns with her on the 16th January and requested to withdraw my sole mandate:
o The sole mandate was signed on the 13 December 2012, to date I have not had a single prospective buyer brought to my property to view
o An appointment was made on the 10 January 2013 for a client to view my property. There had apparently been a disagreement between your client and the security guards, whom I have asked to, get details about so it can be addressed. To date I have had no response on this matter
o I have been told that private property would come through to take out pictures for the virtual tour, to date I have had no contact to state when and if they would be coming through.
Based on the above you can see that I have not been receiving any services from you and it has been over a month. As my property sale is urgent I have no choice but to cancel my sole mandate with immediate effect.
To date, not a phone call or response to my smses. This is disgusting service and i will never recommend ERA to any of my friends or collegues.
