I did not use agents to find a house they are all over the internet as private sales, and I did not use an agent to waste money in commission, we used an agent because we have no clue what the procedures and do's and don'ts of buying a house is so we got an agent and paid commission to have a professional look at our interest and protect us from these types of scenarios. I feel our inexperience was exploited to make a quick sale, and I expect Aida to correct this matter sooner rather than later. Yet Ronel is now attempting to sell 17B still with the sectional title plans not updated. Will she in a year tell that owner also "sorry it's your problem"? We were never given sectional title plans which we got from the council now, have never been updated, yet Ronel insured us everything in the plans was up to date. As first time buyers we did not even know such plans exist and was not informed about it.
