I purchased a house in Aug 2012 where the was PROMISED by Ansie Louw Estate & Marianna Pera that the house is a perfect move in and stay! But have so must issues due to LATENT DEFECTS & NO APPROVED Building plans on my property!! Before signing the Agreement with the SA Homeloans we required an Approved Building plan after long stories about the plans being burnt down and what so ever we signed a document stating that the building plans will be sorted 6 months after we have moved in. It has now been 9 months and yet no answer. I email and call just about everyday and all I get is either no reply or a reply saying they have the approved plans but can't send it to me for some or other reason. I am stuck with a house without an approved building plan and it costs R 20 000 to get update plans and to get them approved. as per my records and research money was kept aside for the plans to be redrawn if they cant find the right plans but now not willing to pay!! The seller left money with Marianna Pera Attorneys for this matter!!
