I have never in my life dealt with a more rude and useless agent ever! First I struggle to get hold of the agent to arrange signing of rental contract and to pay deposit and rental. I stressed myself almost into hospital bed when my furniture arrived from another province, but still no contract. Luckily the "almost" new owner of the complex gave me keys to my new rental but still no reply to my messages or sms'e to the agent. Now that I have moved in and been staying in that filthy pigsty, they did not bother to clean the place, NOW she has become demanding and extremely rude, TELLING me to arrange my life according to her plans! The arrangements between the current owner and the new owner of the property has NOTHING to do with me the TENANT! I am seriously considering moving out, and to inform everyone I know to NEVER deal with an ADIA agent EVER!
