E&V are the worst real estate agent in JHB. From agents who do not know how to read house plans, do not know what a usufruct is, expect the seller to explain everything to the buyer to the point that they demand the seller come home from work to deal with their client, as they have no clue how to explain the conditions of sale to them and answer their questions, to the same agents offering the buyer an extension to buyer without the consent or knowledge of the seller, lying to the seller, shouting at the seller and demanding we listen to her and not the other way around among many other issues. An agency who tried to cover up the agents incompetence by offering bottles of whiskey for everyday of delay in the process, to promising a full detailed report of the service or rather lack there of received from them and never ever delivering that so called report, to being told that they have "bent over backwards for the seller, by merely getting the buyer to sell the documents (surely this is their job, hardly bending over backwards, considering the commission they receive!) To date no report, no feedback and no apology. Sickening service! Certainly will be submitting report to board.
