I viewed one of their units on a friday, i liked it, the agent adviced pay R2250.00 to secure it as it was over the weekend, which ws for electricty deposit and lease agreement (the lease agreement i never signed), i then paid the money cash as their speed wasnt working*doubt theres one* she then sent me the lease agreement on monday after i'v reminded her to, it was outrageous and embarassing, i decided not to take occupation and cancel the whole transaction, at that stage i hadnt signed their contract as it was highly riduculous and unreasonable, i calld thandi twice that day i wanted to discuss the contract she had sent me, civil as i was, as soon as she picked up that i had problems with most of their clauses, she said she cant help me on the phone and said i must take it up with elize or come to their offices if i wanted to cancel, i obliged and sent an email for cancelation to which they replied to, my shocking experience is that i am getting sms and email frm one of their service providers saying that my account is in arrears and action will be taken against me, i called, left literally 5msgs for thandi and elize, sent emails, no response whatsoever, no refund as yet, VERY BAD!!
