We responded to an advertisement published in the Alberton Record that was published this Wednesday. We called the very next day to schedule viewing times for a property. We first spoke to Belinda who said that someone will contact us to arrange times the same day still.By 4PM we havent received any feedback yet and phoned to ask what is going on. Then we were told that we will be contacted in the morning.

We contacted them again this morning, and then a guy responded by saying, this is not on our listing you have the wrong company. Strange. So we replied saying we are confused because it is listed in the newspaper. Then we get told to contact the office again, we phoned, then we get told all of a sudden that the property isnt available. So first it was available as per the listing in the paper, then it is said that you dont have the property on your listing, then its been taken?!

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT NATRENT HAS DONE THIS. If the property is not available, then dont advertise it. You are wasting our time as consumers!

ITS DISGUSTING HOW YOU OPERATE YOUR BUSINESS AND THE TONE YOU USE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICES TO ANYONE!
