Prestige metering starting being the service provider for our complex end of August 2013. At which point we were asked to pay a deposit and fill out forms. I did all this promtly and got our first bill which I also promptly paid.
Today I'm greeted by our second bill and a letter stating that we have not provided our details in the form provided and we will be disconected on Monday if we fail to submit the forms. Firstly I emailed the forms to you guys and if I hadn't did it take you Two months to realise this??? In addition to that my bill has doubled!!! The opening meter reading ARE Wrong!!! Sanitation costs have gone up 150%, water increased by 215%. Mind you our bill has never even reached R500 in the three years I've lived here. Are You Freaking Kidding Me!!!
Kindly rectify this mess.
