On 6 April 2013, I saw a property on the Seef website and called the agent responsible to arrange an appointment to view the property. The agent, Susan Watermeyer said that she is waiting for the keys to the property and should get it the next day. No such luck. I called her many times and sent sms's some of which were not even responded to! I called her yesterday and was told that she would probably get the keys in the week and would call me to arrange a viewing. This evening I received and sms saying that the property is sold! I wonder how when nobody was able to view it. This woman is pathetic at customer service! Seef will definitely never get my business!
