I paid Private Property almost R5 000 for their "Premium Listing" to list a farm. I was dealing with Leroy Sissing. I clearly asked numerous times that the person they send to the farm also get the exact GPS co-ordinates of the entrance gate and that they must EXACTLY list on the ad how to get to the farm. He agreed. However when they listed the property none of this was done and it is an absolutely RUBBISH ad! Here is the rubbish they put on their website:
"A vacant land is available just a few kilometers away from the N2 on your way to Gouritzmond. It has a beautiful scenery with its own available water."
That's it!! How on earth do they expect this rubbish to sell ANYTHING? I even sent them my own wording because clearly Private Property has no idea what it means to advertise properties properly.
Leroy Sissing said he is very sorry and that he will send someone out urgently who knows what they are doing to fix this mess. Since then he simply ignores my emails and this RUBBISH is still on their website! Looking at the photos it seems they did not even take pictures of the correct farm!!! Listing number T1995.
