Properties are being listed on popular websites such as private property. One can never get hold of anyone via the contact telephone number supplied. So, you end up sending an email. After a day or so you get a mail back saying that you have to pay the listing agency R350 to register. Then they will supply you with details of available properties and arrange viewings. Done this. Found out, they can not arrange one viewing. I phoned a few people on the list they supplied myself. Turns out, the information is outdated. The property is no longer available. After countless phone calls and emails to them, they have still not been able to supply me with the contact details of the properties I wish to view nor could they set up 1 viewing. They have also stopped returning my phone calls.
Do not pay them a cent! They can't deliver! I want my money back!
